My approach to nutrition is more than just eating healthy; it’s about finding what nourishes you personally.

This includes Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), an amazing tool for emotional balance, and the ancient art of cupping therapy, which I’m also certified in. These practices, along with insights into cell salts and their uses, are integral parts of my holistic toolkit.
